Whether you need cleaning services, aircond services, or moving services, we make it easier for you to manage your home service solutions.
1. Customers may request for a refund if:
• Booking requested is not successfully matched with a cleaning partner
• Last minute cancellation by the cleaning partner (24 hours prior to the service time)
• The cleaning partner did not show up upon scheduled booking
2. Kindly note that refunds are only applicable for unused purchased hours. Used or Utilised, Free and rewarded hours are non-refundable. Read more
1. If you choose to reschedule more than 2 hours prior to booking hours, an RM20 rescheduling fee is required to reschedule your booking to another date and/or time.
2. If you choose to reschedule / cancel your booking 2 hours prior, or during booking hours, your payment will be forfeited.
Unless you have requested above, cleaning tools are not included. Kindly ensure that necessary cleaning tools including mop, broom/vacuum, cloth, dustbin bags and cleaning detergent are prepared.
If you choose to purchase our services in package, the following terms apply:
1. Minimum two(2) slots per month.
2. You are required to set a preferred day and time for the cleaning service when you place your booking.
3. Any unused slots for the month is not transferable to the following month.
If you choose monthly billing as your preferred payment method, the following terms apply:
1. Minimum two(2) months commitment.
2. Minimum two(2) slots per month.
3. You are required to confirm your booking schedules minimum five(5) days before your next billing date. If we do not receive any change request from you, we will maintain the same schedule for the upcoming month.
